1. Acceptance of Terms

6. Account Sharing: Allowing others to access or use your account, or accessing accounts registered to other individuals.
7. Systematic Betting: Using betting strategies, systems, or software designed specifically to exploit technical aspects of our platform rather than for legitimate entertainment purposes.
8. Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access restricted areas of our platform, interfere with our systems, or reverse-engineer our software.
9. Intellectual Property Violations: Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of 2jljl content, trademarks, or proprietary materials.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 2jljl platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content") is the property of 2jljl or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 2jljl platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or make commercial use of our platform or Content; (b) download (other than page caching) or modify any portion of the platform or Content; (c) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods; or (d) use the platform or Content other than for its intended purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 2jljl, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any content obtained from our platform;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in our platform or services;

Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 2jljl account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Reasons for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith;

• Extended periods of account inactivity (typically 12 months or more).

10.2 Account Closure by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. Accounts with pending bonuses or active wagering requirements may be subject to forfeiture of bonus funds upon closure. Once closed, accounts cannot be reopened without approval from 2jljl management.

10.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination for violation of these Terms & Conditions, all balances (including deposits and winnings) may be forfeited at 2jljl's sole discretion. In cases where termination results from serious violations such as fraud, collusion, or money laundering, we reserve the right to report such activities to relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigations.

For disputes not falling under PAGCOR's jurisdiction, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter may proceed to arbitration or litigation as set forth in the Governing Law section below.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of 2jljl services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for resolution of any disputes. Nothing in this section shall prevent 2jljl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm.

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 2jljl is subject to regulatory oversight by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. Regulatory matters fall under PAGCOR's jurisdiction as set forth in applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions
